Family and Friends,

 As many of you know, I have some exciting things coming up this year and I am so delighted to share more about it with you all. This August, I will be leaving for the World Race, an 11 month mission trip to 6 different countries. The World Race mission trip is the next calling the Lord has put on my heart as I pursue my vision/calling to my life. Not many know my testimony, but the Lord called me to be a missionary when I was a sophomore in high school. My heart has always been for those who need the love of Jesus. John 20:21, “As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.”                   

Jesus put this calling in my heart after a mission trip to Costa Rica, and I have desired to complete that calling. With that, the next journey the Lord is leading me to is the World Race. So you may be wondering, what will you be doing on the World Race or what the World Race is exactly. In each country, we will be partnering with ministries that are already located in that country. As “racers,” we will meet the needs that the ministries and the people of that country need. In this 11 month mission trip, a group of young adults, will be traveling to 6 different countries. Those countries are Guatemala, Romania, Albania, Kosovo, Jordan, and Thailand. Each countries needs are different, so each day will look a little different! 

Here is small overview of what we will be doing in all six different. We will be equipping and activating the church, helping kids through feeding programs, discipleship, and community development, evangelizing, doing student and children’s ministry, church planting, reaching unreached people groups and evangelizing to them, aiding refugees, and anti-trafficking ministry. 

As previously mentioned, I am excited for this opportunity to do God’s work around the world. This once in a lifetime opportunity will impact so many lives. As I get ready for this 11 month journey, I wanted to reach out to all of you and share this opportunity, as well as share ways you can also be a part of this journey with me! I ask you to be in prayer that I become fully funded before I leave in August, pray for safety for my squad and I, pray that lives will be touched and for the Lord to do amazing things, pray for my heart to become ready for the hardships I will face and pray for me to be a vessel to each person I encounter with. This 11 month mission trip does involve a cost. I have to raise $18,700, and although this number is big, I know my God provides and I will be funded. This cost will cover training, meals, lodging, travel, insurance, ministry support and more.
